Joanna
Instructor
Joanna’s love for movement began with dance. From high school stages to studio mirrors, she found joy in the strength and confidence that dance brought to her, as well as a stronger mind-body connection.
Over the years, she explored other forms of movement from rhythm cycling, to boxing, yoga, and pole fitness, always chasing that feeling of connection between body and mind.
It was through a bout of persistent lower back pain that Joanna was introduced to Pilates.
Determined to stay active while caring for her body, she discovered the importance of spinal mobility, core stability, but most importantly mindful movement — and that’s when everything clicked.
Joanna loved how Pilates offered a deeper understanding of movement, one that emphasised control, alignment, and longevity.
Today, Joanna teaches with that same philosophy in mind: movement should feel good, support your body, and empower you from the inside out.

Aline
Instructor
Badminton, swimming, and running were a regular part of Aline’s life until a series of injuries, including sprained ankles and a dislocated shoulder, forced her to rethink how she trained. High-impact exercise was no longer sustainable, and she began searching for a form of movement that would support recovery without sacrificing strength.
That search led her to Pilates.
What began as a rehabilitation tool soon became a long-term practice. Pilates supported her recovery by improving stability, mobility, and body awareness, while gradually rebuilding strength. Through consistent practice, she not only recovered from injury but developed a deeper understanding of how intentional, controlled movement can create resilience in the body.
She believes Pilates is for everyone. Regardless of age, experience, or physical condition, Pilates can be adapted to meet individual needs while still delivering meaningful results.
