reformer foundation (level 1)

REIGN Pilates Reformer Foundation Class helps improve posture, build core strength, and enhance body awareness. Whether you’re new to Pilates or seeking to strengthen your foundation, this low-intensity session is the ideal starting point for a strong and balanced body.

Intensity: Low

reformer progression
(level 1/level 2)

Designed to bridge the gap between Foundation and Intermediate classes. Building on fundamental Pilates principles, this class introduces greater flow, control, and complexity while maintaining a strong focus on alignment and proper technique. You’ll begin to layer movements, improve transitions, and develop endurance and stability, preparing your body for more dynamic and challenging sequences.

 

This class is ideal for clients who feel confident in the basics and are ready to progress at a steady, supported pace.

Intensity: Low – Medium

Suitable For:

  • Clients who have completed Foundation classes and built confidence in the fundamentals

  • Healthy clients who have taken at least 15 Foundation classes, or have a similar fitness level

  • Those looking to progress safely while maintaining form, control, and body awareness

reformer intermediate
(level 2)

Take your practice to the next level with REIGN Pilates Reformer Intermediate, a class that builds on the fundamentals while adding new challenges in coordination, balance, and full-body movements. This class strengthens the core, back, and peripheral muscles, integrating functional movements that work across multiple planes of motion. With the addition of props and equipment, you’ll find an extra layer of complexity to keep your body engaged and progressing.

Intensity: Medium

Suitable For:

  • Healthy clients who have taken at least 10 Foundation classes, or have an equivalent fitness level

  • Clients seeking to progress beyond the fundamentals

  • Client who are looking to challenge their coordination and strength, and experience a more dynamic workout

reformer advance prep
(level 2/level 3)

Designed to prepare clients for Advanced-level reformer classes through progressive, intentional challenge. This class focuses on building strength, endurance, coordination, and confidence with more complex sequences, faster transitions, and reduced rest, all while maintaining precision and control.

Advance Prep bridges the gap between Intermediate and Advanced, helping clients adapt to higher intensity, increased pacing, and more demanding movement patterns in a structured and supportive environment.

Intensity: Medium - Medium High

Suitable For:

  •  Healthy clients who have consistently attended Intermediate classes and are ready to progress

  • Clients who have taken at least 15 Intermediate classes, or have a similar fitness level

  • Those preparing to move into Advanced Burn classes

For those ready to push their limits, REIGN Pilates Reformer Advanced Burn offers a high-intensity reformer workout designed to strengthen muscles, improve endurance, and challenge your pace and proprioception. Expect minimal breaks between exercises and focus on more advanced movements, delivering a deeper burn than our Intermediate classes. This session intensifies core, back, and full-body strength, ensuring you feel the burn while maintaining control and precision.

reformer cardio flow (jumpboard)

Elevate your heart rate and Pilates practice with REIGN Pilates Reformer Cardio Flow, an intermediate to advanced class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness while strengthening the abdominals, spine, hips, shoulders and legs. This fast-paced, sports-focused session uses the jump board to enhance agility, balance, and coordination. With minimal breaks between exercises, you’ll experience a continuous flow that keeps you moving and challenged.

mat technique 

Build confidence and clarity in your Pilates practice with REIGN Pilates’ Mat Technique class. Rooted in the principles of Pilates, this 55-minute class is designed to deepen your understanding of movement through education and mindful practice.

 

With an emphasis on precision, awareness, and control, you’ll break down key basic principles and apply them in a series of exercises. Expect clear, detailed explanations of form, alignment, and muscle engagement as you move through intentional sequences that strengthen, stabilise, and refine your technique and body awareness. 

This class is ideal for anyone looking to build a stronger foundation, reconnect with the basics, or move at a slower, more mindful pace without compromising on challenge. It supports progression into higher-level classes by reinforcing the principles needed for safe, effective, and confident movement.

Classic Mat at REIGN is available in three variations:

Full Body Sculpt, Upper Body Sculpt, and Lower Body Sculpt

Full Body Sculpt
This format sculpts and tones your entire body, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and posture. Through dynamic, full-body movements and precision exercises, you'll enhance balance, stability, and mobility while improving overall body awareness.

Upper Body Sculpt
This class focuses on strengthening and sculpting your upper body through controlled, purposeful movements. REIGN Pilates Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Pilates Classes are designed to help expectant mothers and mothers strengthen the pelvic floor and core muscles, preparing the body for a healthy delivery and smooth recovery post-birth. Through gentle, controlled movements, you'll improve posture, enhance breathing, and strengthen the body including the hips and shoulders to support the changes in your body. Focused on building strength and stability, this class provides essential support for a confident, healthy pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Intensity: Low - Medium

Healthy mothers-to-be (preferably from their 2nd trimesters)
